Structure

Bharath Semiconductor Society is structured into multiple focused working groups to ensure right focus is on each of our core functions. We have teams working on defining the curriculum, enable Training and provide Internship for students. We also plan to have certification of skill for each of the skills needed in the industry, so that recruitment of manpower is streamlined.

We have a pool of Subject matter exerts (SMEs) who can help Startup and MSMEs along with a network of Infrastructure that enables the growth of the Electronics industy across India.

Academia

Bharath Semiconductor Society works with Academia in helping to upgrade the syllabus with a spectrum of sample curriculum and it works for the faculty updation programmes to teach the new curriculum. Bharath Semiconductor Society will also help students to get Internships in the industries and student can have a first-hand experience in working with the Industry even before the students graduate.Bharath Semiconductor Society also conducts training course for students as well as working professionals with the help from subject matter experts from the industry to get trained manpower for the Industry and also help in certifying their skills.

One of the key entry level barriers for the new and small players in the Electronic Product and Semiconductor industry is the need for large amount of specialized Knowledge.
