Curriculum

Bharath Semiconductor Society (BSS) works with Industry and Academia and has defined multiple types of course like Bachelor of Engineering, Pg Diploma, One year Certification and even Diploma after 10th/12th standard. BSS works with Academia in having their course aligned with Industry needs and help them with updating their Curriculum by working with their Curriculum commitee and also help identify the Infrastrucrure upgradation that is needed for the students to be able to get the right knowlege imparted as a hand-on experience. BSS also helps train the college faculty and run the new industry aligned curriculum for the first few years so that the faculty at college are also trained in the new subjects.

Some of the curriculum developed by Bharath Semiconductor Society is given below.

Bachelor Degree in Electronics

4 year courese with identified set of electives for each specilisation and subspecilisation

Specilisation in MicroElectronics or VLSI or Electronic Product Development

Post Graduate Certification after BE in Circuit Branch(ECE/EEE)

1 year - 2 semester with 5 theory and 3 practical per semester

Specilisation in Semiconductor Test Engineering, Silicon Packaging - Design & Manufacturing , Hardware Product Design, Hardware Product Manufacturing

3 year Diploma after 10th

3 years - 6 semester with 4 Theory and 3 Practical per semester

Specilisation in Semiconductor Test Engineering, PCB Design, CleanRoom
